Questrivo Account & Workspace Information

Questrivo is an account-based learning workspace operated through GimkitApp.com. When you use Questrivo features, information associated with the account may be processed so the workspace can function.

• authentication identifiers such as an email address and user ID;
• learning kits, questions, classes, assignments, and content you save;
• practice, participation, progress, results, rewards, or analytics associated with the account;
• notifications, collaboration records, settings, and other workspace preferences.

Questrivo's current architecture uses Supabase authentication and database authorization controls for important account-specific data. The exact information processed depends on the features that are live and that you choose to use.

Technical & Usage Information

Website hosting, security, analytics, and similar infrastructure may automatically process technical information needed to deliver and protect the site. This can include IP address, browser or device information, referring page, requested URL, timestamps, and basic interaction or diagnostic information.

• provide account-based Questrivo features requested by the user;

Our public educational content may be read by students, teachers, families, and other visitors. We do not ask users to send sensitive student information through the general contact email.

Where an account-based learning feature is used in a school or by a younger learner, the responsible adult, school, or organization should consider the age, consent, and student-data requirements that apply to that use. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us without appropriate authorization, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
